About Fresh Coat Painters of Tuscaloosa
Jim Rainey - Owner
People in the Tuscaloosa region deserve to have a better option when they are looking for a painting company. I’m Jim Rainey and, when I started thinking about opening my own business, I saw an opportunity to bring a better, high-quality, professional painting company to the area I call home. That’s why I opened Fresh Coat Painters of Tuscaloosa.
Fresh Coat Painters offers residential and commercial painting services including interior or exterior painting, deck sealing and staining, pressure washing, wall paper removal, and other services for nearly every protective coating application. We have a 24/7 receptionist, online scheduling, free detailed quotes and we only use high-quality materials. Our professional painters are also background checked and insured. Fresh Coat Painters of Tuscaloosa serves Tuscaloosa, Northport, Hoover, Pelham, Bessemer and the surrounding areas.
At Fresh Coat, we want to raise the bar in the painting industry. We are bonded and insured and our painters are professionally-trained, so there’s a level of security and trust for our clients, and we are dedicated to providing a top-notch customer service experience each and every time. Fresh Coat is a different kind of painting company and we stand behind our work. I’ll be there for every project and every final walk through and we offer a one-year guarantee.
As part of our focus on service, we offer a 3-3-3 customer service pledge, so calls will be answered by a live person within three rings, a quote will be delivered within three days (customer schedule permitting) and the job will be started within three weeks. All of our employees are specially trained, dependable and background checked and Fresh Coat Painters of Tuscaloosa is bonded and insured. Fresh Coat Painters also has a national product partnership with Sherwin-Williams®.
Prior to opening Fresh Coat Painters of Tuscaloosa, I had a distinguished 28-year newspaper career that included stops as the publisher of The Tuscaloosa News from 2012 through July of 2018 and, before that, the publisher of The Opelika-Auburn News from 2002 to 2012. I felt like it was time to do something new – I had set out what I wanted to do in the newspaper industry – and I knew I didn’t want to move because my family and I are rooted here in Tuscaloosa. I took some time to look at the Tuscaloosa area and to think about the needs of our community. My family and I are looking forward to serving the community in a new way and to bringing a new standard of excellence to this industry. Contact us today and let’s talk about how we can help you with your next project!
