Gary D. Green, CEO, Founder, and Member of the Board of Directors of Fresh Coat Franchising Systems, Inc., is one of America’s most successful franchise developers. He has founded numerous national franchise systems with more than 3,000 franchises awarded across North America. With more than two decades of franchising experience, his companies have been recognized by publications like Entrepreneur magazine, Starting Your Own Business, The Wall Street Journal and Franchise Times, and have been featured on CNN Financial News. Superior marketing programs, extensive training and ongoing support have resulted in most of his businesses reaching the #1 ranking in their respective industries.

In 2008, Fresh Coat was awarded “Top 50 New Franchise,” “Top 100 Low-Cost Franchise,” and “Franchise 500” honors by Entrepreneur magazine.

Since age 16, Green has launched no fewer than a dozen companies, many of them service-oriented franchises. Today, those companies have developed in more than 500 markets, putting him in the top 10 percent of franchisors nationwide according to the International Franchise Association in Washington, D.C.

Ralph E. Martin has been the President and a Member of the Board of Directors of Fresh Coat since the organization began. In that time, Fresh Coat as grown on average by 50 percent each year, and this year is on pace to have the largest growth rate thus far, currently at 63%. With Martin at the helm, revenues increased by 120 percent in 2007, and in 2008 alone, more than 100 new franchise owners and employees have completed training.

Prior to joining Fresh Coat, Martin owned REM Painting, a small painting services company. Also, he spent 16 years as a Vice President for Delta Connection, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines, and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a Search and Rescue Flight Engineer.

Martin has an MBA from Xavier University. He has lived in Greater Cincinnati since 1986 and has two sons and two daughters.

Keith Tilley, Chief Financial Officer of Fresh Coat, has been with the company since its inception. Previously, he was the Controller of a private country club in West Chester, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for Buckeye/White River Valley Pizza Hut, LLC which operated 21 Pizza Hut® franchised restaurants in Ohio and Indiana. He also held several financial management positions with Miami Valley PH, Inc., and River Valley Management, Inc. Mr. Tilley is an affiliated member with the Ohio Society of CPA’s.

Rick Ruehlmann is the Director of Franchise Development for Fresh Coat. Before joining our team, he was Vice President of Union Savings Bank, and served previously as Regional Vice President of Ohio Financial Group. Mr. Ruehlmann also was founder/co-owner of Kattus Pro-Sports, one of the largest team sporting goods dealers in the Midwest. He also spent five years as a Marketing and Advertising Executive with Coca-Cola® and Procter & Gamble®. He has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Duke University.

Jeffrey Siehl is the General Counsel for Fresh Coat. Prior to joining us, he practiced law in the litigation department of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a JD from The Ohio State University.
