I believe it's been two years since you painted our home. I wanted to write you to share my experience long after the job has been completed.
First, the paint looks absolutely like you painted it yesterday. It is withstanding the weather wonderfully. I don't know if it's the satin finish but it never shows dirt or ever look dirty. Compared to the homes beside us, either painted or sided, ours always looks cleaner. Your recommendation on the type of paint to use really shows you know what you're doing!
Second, there has been four homes sold in our area since we originally had you paint our home. I have had personal visits from every home realtor when they listed the other homes with an offer to sell our home based on it's eye appeal with a guarantee they can sell it fast and at a good price.
